How cute is this series? I love it. My son is 13 months and we read these together all the time. I especially loved the Les Mis. Book because instead of just one word descriptions like some of the baby pit books, it gives and English sentance and a French sentence side by side making it easy to learn.
It's a very easy and colorful book for babies, with quotes from the story and pronunciation guide in the back cover. My son loves the page with the soldier's hand up saying stop and he tries to say it in French!! So cute!
My coworker had this on her baby shower registry. I flipped through it before gifting, it's really cute and perfect for a baby or young toddler.My French coworker said there was a mistake or two, but I think it was a simplification for the age of the auidence.
This is wonderful! I’ve been slowly introducing French to my baby and this helps with visuals. I’m sure it will entice her to read the actual novel when age appropriate.
My daughter loves this book. I remember enough from high school French to know I'm butchering the words, but kiddo loves it just the same.
I love these BabyLit books. This is not my favorite of those I own, but still rather clever. And the grandkids love them too!
This is a primer and not a story. Not very many words are covered, and it's really written more for parents than kids.
So cute! I am a French teacher and Les Miz is my absolute favorite musical. A well done book for introducing French to a young one.
