Even though this book is written for young readers, it's a perfect introduction to the Vietnam War for people of any age. I'm 61 so was a kid through most of the war and was rather oblivious to it all. Watching Ken Burn's Documentary on the Vietnam War left me a little confused. This book really clarified things. Thank you to the author.

This book is an amazing informative document used by myself to write a research paper. It provides details of major events and conditions that were common in Vietnam. The information is accurate, reliable, accountable, and just plainly a pleasure to read. I highly recommend this book for personal interest or for a basic informative source. 4/5 stars.
